1. The service
Sahayak Buddy connects families with trained, verified helpers ("Buddies") for non-medical assistance. Buddies are not doctors, nurses or medical professionals.
2. Booking
Bookings are made on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only after you accept the bill shown in the chat.
3. Start and End PIN
A visit starts when you share the Start PIN and ends when you share the End PIN. Billing is based on the time between the two, with a minimum of one hour.
4. Payment
Payment is made by UPI after the service. All rates are exclusive of 18% GST. Never pay cash to a Buddy.
5. What Buddies will not do
Buddies will not handle cash, cards, OTPs or valuables, give or inject medicines, or provide medical treatment.
6. Emergencies
For a medical emergency, call 108 or an ambulance first. We provide a person by your side, not treatment.
7. Liability
Minor accidental damage caused by a Buddy is made good within 48 hours after review. Our total liability is limited to the value of the booking.

What we collect
Your name, phone number, the address of the visit and the details of the service you book.
Why we collect it
Only to arrange your visit, send bills and updates, and keep you and our Buddies safe.
Who we share it with
Only the Buddy assigned to your booking, and authorities if required by law. We never sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by messaging "Delete my data" on WhatsApp.
